Scheduling & time zones
We book in writing so every party sees the same clock. Clock changes (DST) and travel are handled explicitly—no silent assumptions.
Anchor time
Your confirmation email states the time zone name (for example, America/New_York) and the weekly slot. If you relocate mid-semester, tell us before the next invoice cycle so calendars stay accurate.
Rescheduling
Life happens. We ask for as much notice as practical; repeated same-week moves may require a steadier slot or pausing the block. Exact policy is in your service terms—not a one-size rule on this marketing site.
Missed connections
If video fails, we attempt fallback channels listed in onboarding. No-shows without notice may be billed per agreement; documented tech outages on our side are not billed.
Capacity
Peak seasons fill early. Waiting lists are first-come as capacity frees; we do not guarantee a start date until a slot is confirmed.
